About the Role:

At Wind River, a leader in RTOS, Edge, Intelligent Edge, DevSecOps, and Enterprise Linux, we are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Partner Marketing to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting ‘hands on’ build phase of an organization where expansion can yield exciting results. This strategic role reports directly to the Vice President of Ecosystem and Partners and is instrumental in driving our market leadership through robust, innovative partner marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that integrates with our specialized areas: RTOS, Edge, Intelligent Edge, DevSecOps, and Enterprise Linux.
  • Strategic Partner Co-Marketing: Prioritize and execute co-marketing campaigns with key strategic partners to drive GTM synergies with revenue impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the larger marketing organization, product, sales, and technical teams to create synergistic marketing programs that enhance partner productivity and profitability.
  • Program Management: Lead the development and management of end-to-end partner marketing programs, from conception through execution and measurement, focusing on achieving measurable results.
  • Content and Messaging: Craft compelling partner-focused content and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Wind River’s platforms and solutions in our key business areas.
  • Event and Webinar Management: Spearhead partner-focused events and webinars that drive engagement and showcase Wind River’s thought leadership in RTOS, Edge computing, and related technologies.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Help identify, recruit, and engage new partners from Semiconductor vendors, System Integrators, Cloud Providers, Computer Hardware Vendors (OEMS), ISVs and Distribution whilst aligning with Wind River’s technological advancements and market goals.
  • Analytics and Performance: Utilize advanced analytics to track, measure, and optimize the impact of partner marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with significant expertise in partner/channel marketing within technology sectors, specifically in RTOS, Edge technologies, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management & matrix management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong external and internal relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

Compensation                

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $175,000 to $225,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $187,000 to $245,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
